Camp Elements is a private, membership-based land retreat located on privately owned property in rural Texas. Access to the property is not open to the general public.

By accessing this website, submitting an application, or entering the property, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Camp Elements is not a public campground, hotel, or lodging facility
• Access is granted only through approved membership or direct invitation
• Membership does not guarantee access at all times or to all events
• Camp Elements reserves the right to deny or revoke access at its sole discretion to preserve safety, privacy, and land stewardship
• Activities offered are optional and participation is voluntary
• Members and guests assume personal responsibility for their actions while on the property

Camp Elements does not provide medical, therapeutic, or religious services. No outcomes are promised or implied.

Camp Elements exists to provide a calm, respectful environment rooted in land stewardship and personal autonomy.

All members and guests are expected to:

• Act with kindness, respect, and accountability
• Honor physical, emotional, and conversational boundaries
• Engage without pressure, coercion, or expectation
• Respect privacy — what is shared here stays here
• Follow all safety guidelines and staff instructions

Camp Elements does not tolerate:

• Harassment or intimidation
• Disrespect of boundaries or consent
• Damage to land or property
• Substance abuse that compromises safety
• Disruptive or aggressive behavior

Violations may result in immediate removal and revocation of membership.

Camp Elements is a rural, outdoor environment. Activities may include uneven terrain, wildlife, weather exposure, fire elements, gardening tools, and physical movement.

By entering the property, members and guests acknowledge that:

• They assume all risks associated with outdoor and land-based activities
• Camp Elements, its owners, staff, and affiliates are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage
• Participation is voluntary and at one’s own discretion

Participants are responsible for their own physical and emotional wellbeing.

Camp Elements does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, or religious services.

Any workshops, discussions, or activities offered are for educational and recreational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional care.

Members are encouraged to consult qualified professionals for medical, mental health, or therapeutic needs.

Guest access is limited and controlled to preserve the privacy, safety, and purpose of Camp Elements.

• Guest privileges vary by membership tier
• Guests must be pre-approved and accompanied when required
• Guests must agree to all property rules and conduct guidelines
• Camp Elements reserves the right to deny guest access at any time

Unauthorized guests are not permitted on the property.

Animals on Property

Camp Elements is a no-pet property.

Pets, emotional support animals, and companion animals are not permitted on the land.

Service Animals

Camp Elements complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regarding service animals.

A service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to perform specific tasks directly related to a person’s disability.

If the need for a service animal is not obvious, Camp Elements may ask:

1. Whether the dog is required because of a disability; and
2. What work or task the dog has been trained to perform.

Service Animal Requirements

All service animals on the property must:

• Remain under the handler’s control at all times
• Be leashed, harnessed, or tethered unless this interferes with the animal’s trained task
• Be housebroken
• Not display aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior
• Not interfere with land safety, wildlife, livestock, or other members

Camp Elements reserves the right to require removal of any animal that does not meet these standards or that poses a risk to people, land, or property.

Handler Responsibility Clause

Handlers are fully responsible for:

• The care and supervision of their service animal
• Any damage to land, gardens, structures, or facilities
• Immediate cleanup of all waste

Failure to comply may result in removal from the property and/or revocation of membership.

Is Camp Elements open to the public?
No. Camp Elements is private property and accessible only through approved membership.

Why is Camp Elements women-only?
The space is intentionally designed to support women’s safety, comfort, and connection—particularly in a rural, nature-based environment.

Do I have to participate in activities?
No. Participation is always optional.

Is this a spiritual or religious space?
No. Camp Elements does not promote any belief system or spiritual ideology.

Can members invite guests?
Guest access is limited and determined by membership tier and event guidelines.

Is this a campground or retreat center?
Camp Elements is a private land retreat with camping and gathering opportunities for members. It is not a commercial campground or lodging facility.
