Our Story
Camp Elements began as an open campground with a simple intention: to share raw land and natural space with others.
Over time, it became clear that open access did not always translate to respect.
The land needed boundaries.
The experience needed care.
And the vision needed to evolve.
Camp Elements became a private, women-centered retreat—not to limit access, but to protect the land and the people who gather here.
Today, Camp Elements is a place where nature is not consumed, but honored. Where community is not forced, but formed naturally. And where women are trusted to engage in ways that feel right for them.

WHAT CAMP ELEMENTS IS / IS NOT
What Camp Elements Is
- A private, membership-based women’s retreat
- A land-centered space for rest, creativity, learning, and community
- A calm, intentional environment with clear boundaries
- A place to disconnect from noise and reconnect with nature
- A shared space rooted in mutual respect and personal autonomy
What Camp Elements Is Not
- A public campground or RV park
- A hotel, resort, or short-term rental
- A drop-in wellness center
- A spiritual authority or belief system
- A place with mandatory participation or ideology
There are no required practices, beliefs, or experiences at Camp Elements. Members are free to engage in ways that align with their own needs and values.
EXPERIENCES AT CAMP ELEMENTS
Activities at Camp Elements are practical, creative, and land-based. Offerings may vary by season and availability and can include:
- Gardening and seasonal planting
- Crafting, building, and hands-on workshops
- Small group gatherings and discussions
- Nature-based retreats and quiet camping
- Markets, shared meals, and private dinners
- Educational workshops focused on skill-building, wellness, and self-care
Participation is optional. Observing, resting, or spending time alone in nature is equally welcome.

Purpose: Entry-level access for aligned local members
Access Includes:
- Day-use access during designated hours
- Nature trails, common outdoor areas
- Participation in public workshops and gatherings
- Access to community guidelines and announcements
Limitations:
- No overnight access
- No private or invitation-only events
- No hosting privileges
- Limited access
Purpose: Entry-level access for aligned local members
Access Includes:
- Day-use access during designated hours
- Nature trails, common outdoor areas
- Participation in public workshops and gatherings
- Access to community guidelines and announcements
Limitations:
- No overnight access

- Extended access hours
- Priority registration for events
- Access to member-only spaces
- Participation in small-group circles and workshops

- Completed onboarding
- Agreement to enhanced priva
Purpose: Deeper engagement, curated access, and community trust
Access Includes:
- All Copper benefits
- Extended access hours
- Priority registration for events
- Access to member-only spaces
- Participation in small-group circles and workshops
- Limited guest passes (approval required)
Additional Requirements:
- Completed onboarding
- Agreement to enhanced privacy expectations
- Active participation in community norms
Limitations:
- Overnight access only during approved events
- Hosting subject to approval
- No automatic access to highest-tier experiences
Best For:
Members who are consistently engaged and trusted within the community.

Carbon Membership
Purpose: Steward-level access with heightened responsibility
Access Includes:
- All Gold benefits
- Priority access to private retreats and immersive experiences
- Access to gated, sensitive workspaces
- Ability to reserve designated private areas
- Participation in stewardship planning and land projects
- Invitation-only experiences
Purpose: Steward-level access with heightened responsibility
Access Includes:
- All Gold benefits

Complete one online application for each Individual Adult Membership or Family Membership.
Step #2 – Membership Dues
Membership dues are payable online using PayPal, credit or debit card and Zelle.

Every person included in an individual or family membership must fulfill the required dues.
Children may be added to either parent’s membership to create a Family Membership.

Step #3 – Membership Agreement
The Membership Agreement is available upon approval of application and must be printed, signed, notarized, and submitted to Contact@CampElements.com before membership can be activated.
Step #4 – Membership Card
Once Steps #1–3 are successfully completed, you will receive your Camp Elements membership card at your next scheduled visit.
Membership cards are not sent by mail or online.
Important Notes
- One Membership Application and one Membership Agreement must be completed for each Individual Adult Membership or Family Membership.
- One Membership Dues level (Copper, Gold or Carbon) must be fulfilled for each Individual Adult Membership, as well as for all children included in a Family Membership.
- Every adult 18 years or older must complete their own 4-step membership process (application, dues, agreement, and card).
